Adults and children 2 years and older: Apply the natural toothpaste onto a soft bristled toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor.

This mouthwash does NOT contain alcohol. The mouthrinse contains coconut water, natural plant extracts, and essential oils along with our signature antioxidants.
Swish between your teeth and around all the soft tissue in your mouth to ensure coating for approximately 30-60 seconds. Also tilt your head back and gargle, but do not swallow.
Healthy gums are generally considered to be a coral pink and that is a sign of health. If there is isolated redness or spotiness that would be an indication of infection.
Visit your dentist to learn how to properly brush and floss and then practice them on a regular basis by brushing twice daily and flossing at least once daily.

Love it. I’ve tried all their toothpastes, and like each for different reasons. Overall, whether toothpaste, gel or rinse, they all are not harsh; and don’t leave a bad after taste either, like chemicals.
It was recommended a few years ago by my Periodontist because of my Lichen Planus. I add a little bit of baking soda on top of my toothpaste if I want to add a bit more scrubbing power. With new permanent bridgework I am no longer bothered with Lichen Planus. However, my gums can be sensitive at times so your mouthwash helps relieve the sensitivity.
