How does the PerioSciences subscription program work?

Subscriptions offer convenience and savings to our customers.

Customers who wish to subscribe to any of our products should select “SUBSCRIBE” from the product page of that specific product, then select the frequency offered for that product.

Your subscription begins with the first order at the frequency you chose on the product page and will auto-renew until you log in and cancel your subscription.

Do I receive a discount if I subscribe to products?

We offer a 15% discount on all products from our website, periosciences.com, to which retail consumers subscribe, including free shipping.
PerioSciences reserves the right to modify or change the discount and shipping offer on our subscription program any time.

What is the frequency of a subscription?

You choose the frequency of each product you wish to subscribe to from the product page. The frequencies offered vary based on the product itself. We have provided recommended frequencies based on customer data over several years.

Where do I go to manage my subscription?

From our website, you can click on the person icon in the upper right corner of the page, next to the shopping cart. You can also log in to your account using the link: https://periosciences.com/a/account/login.

Note: You must use the email provided when placing your subscription order.

How do I modify or add additional products to my subscription?

From your account page, click "manage subscriptions". Click "Add a Product" to add a new item and select your desired frequency. To edit the quantity of an existing subscription, click your active subscription, then click the product you'd like to edit. Adjust the amount, then click "Update."

How will I know I have an upcoming subscription order coming?

We will email you five days before your upcoming subscription order is processed. If you need to change your subscription, please do so within that five-day window.

Once a subscription order has been processed, no further changes can be made to that subscription order.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, all subscriptions will continue to renew until you decide to cancel. Our subscription program allows you to skip an order, modify your order frequency, or cancel at any time.

What is your subscription cancellation policy?

Customers who subscribe to any of our products may log in and cancel their subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription after an order has been processed, you will still receive and be charged for that order. The cancellation will take effect on the next scheduled order date.

For the account security of our customers, our Customer Support team can not make changes to a customer's subscription payment on file. They are also unable to skip, modify, or cancel a subscription on behalf of a customer.
