Swish between your teeth and around all the soft tissue in your mouth to ensure coating for approximately 30-60 seconds. Also tilt your head back and gargle, but do not swallow.

I do not feel any hydration and it has a wierd color to it when I spit it out. The product arrived via unairconditioned US mail delivery truck and was very hot when I tried it. Maybe it was destroyed by the 90 plus degree heat or the heat of the vehicle here in Tampa Florida.

Before this mouthwash I was in total misery from the dry mouth caused by Sjogrens. If you have Sjogrens, you won’t be sorry you tried it. I mix the mouth wash with a small amount of warm water (before bed). ..it is so soothing, and sleeping is much better. There is nothing I’ve found that is better.
Also for Sjogrens you need this extra protection to keep your tongue, mouth and teeth wet and moist.
Great product recommended by my oral surgeon to help alleviate symptoms of burning mouth syndrome. It does help!!
