Use approximately one teaspoon daily after brushing your teeth. For maximum benefits, vigorously swish the hydrating mouthwash for up to one minute, then spit out. Do not swallow, Refrain from eating or drinking for about 30 minutes after use.

When used as suggested, AO ProRinse 10 oz should last for 30 days and AO ProRinse 32 oz should last for 90 days.
