Twice daily, apply a pea-sized amount to both your upper and lower gums using fingertips, a cotton swab, or a soft toothbrush. Allow the gel to dissolve and spit out excess. Do not swallow. Suggested applications are morning and evening after brushing teeth. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after application of gel.
Can be used on tongue and palate for an overall effect.
When used as suggested, AO ProVantage Dental Gel 30 ml should last for about 60 days and AO ProVantage Dental Gel 15 ml should last for 30 days.

At the end of your normal oral care routine apply the antioxidant gel to your gums and oral soft tissue. Do not drink or eat for 30 minutes after application. Use at least 2x per day. Use just before bed.
Healthy gums are generally considered to be a coral pink and that is a sign of health. If there is isolated redness or spottiness that would be an indication of a larger problem.
Visit your dentist to learn how to properly brush and floss and then practice them on a regular basis by brushing twice daily and flossing at least once daily.

Love this gel for any and all mouth sores. My tongue was inflamed due to new braces and the enlarged papilla’s were so painful. I applied this gel twice before going to bed and the next morning all was healed. I used it on gingiva that was burned and again it was healed within a day and a half. This gel is amazing!
