Adults and children 2 years and older: Apply the product onto a soft bristled toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor.
For best results, use with AO ProRinse -Hydrating- and AO ProVantage Gel.
When used as suggested, AO ProToothpaste should last for 60 days.

This is my go-to toothpaste. I have several autoimmune diseases with Sjogrens that causes severe dry mouth. When I use the Hydrating toothpaste it helps to provide saliva and hydrates my mouth.

I was recommended to use this about 3 years ago by my periodontist. I have an extremely dry mouth due to medications. It does NOT have any burning mint flavors like other brands which burn my tongue. This has a gentle flavor. You only need a small amount to brush your teeth so don't be put off by the price. Well worth the money!
