Use approximately one teaspoon of the natural mouthwash daily after brushing your teeth. For maximum benefits, vigorously swish for up to one minute, then spit out. Do not swallow, Refrain from eating or drinking for about 30 minutes after use.
For best results, use with AO ProToothpaste -Natural- and AO ProVantage Gel.

I ordered the mouthwash at the suggestion of my dental hygienist, but I hate the taste, and after the first mouthful, I haven’t used it at all. For me it was a waste of $30.
