Adults and children 2 years and older: Apply the natural toothpaste onto a soft bristled toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor.

When used as suggested, AO ProToothpaste should last for 60 days.

I've been using this toothpaste for a few years now. I have the medical conditon: Oral Lichen Planus.
I'm happy to report that since I switched from the more common toothpastes to this one that I've had far fewer outbreaks. I'm sure the anti-oxidant enriched toothpaste is making the difference.

This is my go-to toothpaste. I have several autoimmune diseases with Sjogrens that causes severe dry mouth. When I use the Hydrating toothpaste it helps to provide saliva and hydrates my mouth.
