Use approximately one teaspoon daily after brushing your teeth. For maximum benefits, vigorously swish for up to one minute, then spit out. Do not swallow, Refrain from eating or drinking for about 30 minutes after use.

This rinse is not a “bleaching rinse '' however If you use the mouthwash daily you should notice a more fresh oral environment immediately. This rinse will help maintain white teeth if used on a daily basis.
Does this mouthwash contain alcohol?This mouthwash does NOT contain alcohol. The mouthrinse contains natural plant extracts and essential oils along with our signature antioxidants.
How do you use mouthwash properly?Swish between your teeth and around all the soft tissue in your mouth to ensure coating for approximately 30-60 seconds. Also tilt your head back and gargle, but do not swallow.
What color is a healthy mouth?Healthy gums are generally considered to be a coral pink and that is a sign of health. If there is isolated redness or spotiness that would be an indication of infection.
