This mouthwash does NOT contain alcohol. The mouthrinse contains natural plant extracts and essential oils along with our signature antioxidants.
Swish between your teeth and around all the soft tissue in your mouth to ensure coating for approximately 30-60 seconds. Also tilt your head back and gargle, but do not swallow.

I use Periosciences Sensitive Teeth and Gums mouthwash as part of my daily routine. It is very helpful in lessening, or even preventing, irritating mouth ulcers that have plagued me for about 4 years now.
This product was recommended to me by my Dentist. I have tired all the varieties of the Periosciences mouthmashes. The Teeth Whitening mouthwash is the best all around IMO. It does not have any weird aftertaste. (I did not like the other varieties due to the weird aftertaste). I specifically recommend this particular mothwash because it works extremely well for any oral irritation, gum ulcerations, etc.
I did not notice any extra Whitening when compared to the other varieities of mouthwashes.
