Adults and children 12 years and older: Apply the sensitive toothpaste onto a soft bristled toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor.

When used as suggested, AO ProToothpaste should last for 60 days.

You can strengthen your teeth naturally by using paste that contains fluoride and hydroxyapatite and your gums by keeping them clean and free of bacteria.

Healthy gums are generally considered to be a coral pink and that is a sign of health. If there is isolated redness or spotiness that would be an indication of infection.

Visit your dentist to learn how to properly brush and floss and then practice them on a regular basis by brushing twice daily and flossing at least once daily.
